1lb Mackerel with peppercorns
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 chopped mixed peppers
1tsp thyme
1tsp pepper
1tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic

1 tbsp olive oil in frying pan on high heat add Mackerel with peppercorns and cook for 5 mins.
Add 1tsp thyme, pepper, thyme and all purpose seasoning and mix together cook for further 3 mins
Then add chopped onions and mixed peppers and garlic. And simmer for 10mins.
