The best Crispy fried chicken recipe you will ever find! Everyone knows that curry and coconut has a delicious taste, so we’ve decided to make a fried chicken recipe to that you will love!

 

 Crispy Coconut & Curry fried Chicken

  • 1lb Chicken Legs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 tbsp. All purpose
  • 4 tbsp. Curry powder
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp thyme – recommended optional
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 5/6 cups of vegetable oil (Enough for deep fry)
  • 2 whisked eggs – optional

 

  1. Season  Chicken with 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp. Pepper, 2 tbsp. All purpose, 1 tsp. Ginger 2 tbsp. Curry powder, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tbsp. paprika and add 1 Cup of coconut milk mix together and marinate for up to 2 hrs.
  2. Add 3-4 cups of all-purpose flour in a bowl and add 1 tsp. Pepper, 2 tbsp. All purpose, 2 tbsp. Curry powder, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tbsp. paprika and mix together
  3. Then coat the chicken with the flour and set aside.
  4.  5 cups Vegetable oil (deep fry) in a big pot and heat up for 5 mins making sure it’s really hot
  5. Then Add the Flour coated chicken in the frying pot and fry for 15 mins until golden brown.
  6. Place on kitchen towel and dry off excess oil.
  7. Then place in pre-heated oven for 15 mins until crispy.
