Wholemeal Banana & Carrot  Cakes
250g Wholemeal Flour
1 Large Banana
2 small carrots
Sprinkle of Mixed dried fruit
2 beaten eggs
Half cup of milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp of butter
1. Mix sugar, eggs and butter all together.
2. Add chopped banana and grated carrots
3. Add flour, milk and mixed spaces
4. Pour into cupcake tray
5. Put in oven at 160oC for 30 minutes.
